All competition videos & photos in your account can be downloaded and saved.
Your SD media or Standard Definition content will be available usually within 48 hours after the competition wraps up.
Note: if you performed on Friday, and your event wraps up on Sunday, your SD media may not be online until Tuesday.HD media or High Definition content can take up to 14 business days after the media is added to your account. This is because we do not upload the HD unless it is ordered.
DOWNLOAD AS MANY TIMES AS YOU NEED TO!
You can download your SD media as soon as they are available and return later to download your HD files. There is no limit to the number of times you can download your content. Media is available for 90 days or while your DanceBUG Purple ArcHIVE Membership is active.
ON A PC
Downloaded photos are JPEG images.
Downloaded videos are MP4 files.
Check your "Downloads" folder on your PC.
All digital files can be stored, copied, edited, or uploaded.
ON THE APPS
Downloading photos & videos on the App will save them directly to your camera roll.
Having trouble? Check these settings on your device:
- Do you have enough memory on your device to store your downloaded media?
- Is your device connected to WIFI or cellular data network?
- Did you allow the DanceBUG app to use data?
- Did you allow the DanceBUG app to access your camera roll?
MOBILE PHONE WEB BROWSER
If you are visiting DanceBUG.com on your mobile phone from your web browser, you will not be able to download your media. Use the DanceBUG App found on the App Store for Apple devices or Playstore on Android devices.
