All videos & photos purchased from us are delivered digitally on our website.
All files can be downloaded and saved on your computer.
Videos downloaded from our website are MP4 files converted for online streaming.
- SD (Standard Definition) videos are approximately 5 to 6 MBs
- HD (High Definition) videos are 1280 by 720 files. They are on average about 25 to 35 MB
Photos downloaded from our website are JPEG files.
- SD photos are generally less then 1 MBs.
- HD photos resolution and size can vary significantly. They range from 3 MB to 10 MB each.
HD content can take up to two weeks to become fully available.
WHY TWO WEEKS FOR HD CONTENT?
Your HD media first needs to be backed up before we upload them to the server.
HD files especially photos can be significantly larger than their SD counterpart.
For an event with 400 entries, there will be close to 10,000 files to upload.
Lastly, we may be attending up to 30 events a weekend during comp season.
So it may take us some time to upload everything. Please be patient with us.
