If your studio is using DanceBUG services for your studio videos, your performance will be delivered online at DanceBUG.com and in the DanceBUG app. You will need to have a DanceBUG account.
At the conclusion of your performances, your studio will email you an ACCESS CODE. This access code needs to be entered into your DanceBUG account. Once entered, your performance will be linked to your DanceBUG account for you to view or download. The ACCESS CODE must be issued by your studio. This step verifies that you are a member of that studio. Please note that post production of a studio performance can range from 2 weeks to 6+ weeks depending on the complexity of the edits required.
How to Enter your Studio Access Code
- To begin, please log into your DanceBUG account.
If you don't have a DanceBUG account yet, create one, its free!
CLICK HERE to find out how to create an account. - In new accounts, one of the tiles will say "Let's get started!"
Copy & Paste your ACCESS CODE into the white field, then click "ADD MEDIA"
If the "ADD MEDIA" tile is hidden, click on the MENU sandwich or click "ADD VIDEOS/PHOTOS" in the top menu.
- Once complete, your performances will be listed under "My Videos/Photos" "Recital Media"
Your performances are now linked to your DanceBUG account. DanceBUG studio performances will remain online for you to stream or download anytime.
Using the DanceBUG APP?
Access codes can be entered only on the DanceBUG website or from the Android app. The IOS app for Apple devices does not have an access code option.
- Open your DanceBUG App
- Tap MY VIDEOS & PHOTOS
- Select RECITAL
- Click Add Media
- Type in your access code into the field & submit.

- Tap on the menu sandwich button in the DanceBUG App
- Tap on Add Videos & Photos
- Type in your access code into the field & submit.
