Studio Performance Access Codes
If your studio uses DanceBUG Recital Services, your account manager will send you a 5-digit access code along with detailed instructions that you can forward to your parents. The code will be sent by email to the studio for distribution to your families. Editing a studio performance can take an average of 4 to 6 weeks. Please check in with your account manager.
Competition Access Codes
There are NO competition access codes required to access competition media.
Media is either purchased directly by a parent, or through a media fee collected by you from the parents and paid to the competition.
If it is a media fee, please direct your parents to dancebug.com/enjoy
Service agreements between DanceBUG and competitions can vary significantly. So if there are questions, please reach out to us for clarity.
