Critique Access for Studios
Video Judge critiques can be watched online at DanceBUG.com. They are not downloadable but can be shared with staff & parents. For details about how to Share critiques, visit here: Sharing Critiques

Log in with your username & password at www.DanceBUG.com
Video Critiques can be located in the upper center part of your Dashboard or by clicking MEDIA > COMPETITION VIDEO JUDGE
Here, videos can be filtered by seasons, competitions, entry type, event, dancers, routines or by using the search bar in the top right corner
Toggle between each judge for their comments. Music track (without judges) are sometimes available if the video was purchased. If music track is avaliable, they can be downloaded on to a device of your choice.
From the App:
Log in with your username & password. Critiques can be accessed on the main dashboard or on the menu. Critiques and media work a bit differently on the app than on the website. Critiques are avaliable in the Video Judge critique section. Videos (with music tracks) can be watched from the "My Media" section of the app.
At this time, there is no share functionality in the DanceBUG app. If you are looking to share your critiques, log in on the website.
When will critiques be online?
We aim to have all competition critiques are made available at noon the Monday after the conclusion of the competition or convention. For instance, if your competition ended Sunday at 3:00 PM, your critiques will become online Monday at Noon.
Only some critiques are available, the rest say coming soon.
We make every effort to provide critiques and other media as quickly as possible. We are, however limited by the venue's internet access and cellular network access at your venue. In some of the cases, our teams may be travelling and unable to upload by Monday at noon. Please give it some time and check back in a few hours. If you notice more routines have been added, it means that your event is uploading. If it looks like nothing has changed, please reach out to us and let us know which competition you attended.
I am missing critiques in my Account
If it has been a few days and a couple of critiques are missing, email us support@dancebug.com with your studio name and routine name. If you do not let us know critiques are missing, we won't be able to fix them.
How long will critiques remain online?
Current season critiques are guaranteed to be kept online. DanceBUG & your competition may exercise their discretion and remove critiques deemed unsuitable. Past season critiques will remain online at the discretion of Video Judge. If you have an issue with recorded critiques or media and wish to request an item be removed, reach out to us directly!

Critique Access for Parent's
How can I access my critiques as a parent?
Video Judge Critiques are only delivered to the studio account that registered for the event. In some cases, critiques may be shared with you. If shared, critiques will be available for 14 days. To access critiques that have been shared with you, go here:
What if the critique is wrong, blank, or expired?
If critiques are missing, blank, or incorrect, reach out to your studio and have them reshare.
