Managing Dancer Status: Active vs. Not Active
What Do “Active” and “Not Active” Mean?
Active: Dancers currently enrolled for the season.
Not Active: Dancers who have graduated, left the studio, or are not participating this season.
Important: Do not mark a dancer as Not Active if they are enrolled in an upcoming competition. This will cause issues with registration and media delivery.
Updating these statuses helps you keep your roster clean and avoid registration errors.
Where Can I Update My Dancer Roster?
All dancer roster updates must be done on DanceBUG.com.
They cannot be made through a competition’s registration portal.
How to Change a Dancer’s Status
Go to DanceBUG.com and log in.
In the top-menu, select My Account → Dancers.
on PC:You will not be able to update dancer roster information via the mobile app at this time.
In the Dancer List, use the Status drop-down to set each dancer to Active or Not Active.
On PC
Scroll to the bottom and click the SAVE button.
Confirm your changes have been saved.
Can I Delete a Dancer?
No. Dancers cannot be deleted because their profiles are linked to:
